the company sold 32 infringements from 6 artist, the same infringements are sold all over in the United States.
Some of the companies we could stop already, but Metropolitain Galleries continued, even they know.

Mr. H.R. showed 35 false copyright certificates to the court from the Thai artist Wichai Jongrak, former "LEONARDO ROSSI".
This Thai artist pretended that he has made all the 35 infringements by himself.
He claims to be to owner of the copyright of the knock offs!
Our investigator found out that he has been an employee since 10 years from the Foundry Siam Handicraft and can not read nor write !
How can one single Thai person create 35 bronzes, that 7 artists with different styles have created altogether in the USA, England and Germany?

It is called fraud of documents!


November 2007

Raid in Company M. D., Mr. H.R. in Frankfurt, Germany
Much evidence was found. The state persecutor is involved.
Rosalind Cook, Jane Dedecker, Desmond Fountain, Victor Issa, Gary Lee Price, Dawn Weimer take presently action in court against MR. H.R., Company M.D. in Frankfurt, Germany.
We got preliminary injunctions for 24 sculptures.
Merchandise comes from foundry in Bangkok, Thailand

The court in Munich decided, that 8 ORIGINAL sculptures of Desmond Fountain are knock offs, sold by the Company P. in Gronau, Germany which sold them as "originals" of "Leonardo Rossi".

Company P. in Gronau, Germany appealed against the court s decision and went to the supreme court.
The supreme court decided that all of them are clearly INFRINGEMENTS and rejected Mr. P. s appeal.
Even Mr. P. suddenly showed false copyright certificates (provided by the also accused Frankfurt Company) to the court, from the Thai artist Wichai Jongrak, former "LEONARDO ROSSI".
This Thai artist pretended that he is the originator of all the 7 infringements.
He claims to be the owner of the copyright of the knock offs!
Our investigator found out, that he is an employee from the Foundry Siam Handicraft and can neither read nor write!
This is called fraud of documents!

The first settlement with Company M.D., Mr.H.R. in Frankfurt, Germany was in Feb. 2002.
The German Company did not inform Henri Studio in Feb. 2002, that the 3 Geese/Ducks in Reed #B-367 is an infringement.
The USA Company Herni Studio sell with the same picture, order #, and catalogue as the German company.
Henri Studio admitted, that they did business with the company M.D. in Frankfurt, Germany and their provider is the same foundry in Bangkok, Thailand.

Raid at foundry Siam Handicraft in Bangkok, Thailand the changed company name is now: ckt-bronze.com
Many knock offs were found. Foundry continued selling knock offs from Impala, even with the information in Jan. 2002, from company M.D. Germany, that this sculpture is an infringement, until today.

Proceedings in the highest criminal court in Bangkok since 2004 against Siam Handicraft.

In April 2008 the court will make a decision.

Instead of providing information, company went to the Supreme Court.

Settlement with Mr. M.L., Company G., near Munich, Germany in the Supreme Court in Munich for Gary Lee Price with the bronze: Fine Feathered Friends.
From that settlement Gary Lee Price received:
  • agreement not to sell infringement anymore
  • financial compensation
